Missy is a 33m high-performance carbon sloop, designed by Malcolm McKeon and built by Vitters and the UK-based subsidiary Green Marine.
When I saw the first official rendering of this machine, I knew this will be my new favorite. Good size, stylish exterior design, modern materials and fast. I hope there will come pictures under sailing and interior pictures soon.
Louis Hamming, Vitters Shipyard
“Missy has a spacious, comfortable interior in which a lot of attention was devoted to the efficient use of available space on board. The compact engine room is fitted with a great amount of equipment and state of the art technology, while no compromises has been made on comfort or the use of advanced technologies.”
Missy welcomes eight guests in three guest cabins (two forward, one aft) and last but not least the owner’s suite. Also in the forward area. Furthermore, a crew up to four people sleeps in two twin cabins. The yacht owner has an eye on crew comfort with a generously sized crew mess and en-suite showers for both cabins.
The lazarette has space for a 4.10m tender, sailing dinghy and other water sports equipment.
Malcolm McKeon comments:
“I’ve been in the superyacht business for 30 years, producing designs across a broad expanse of style, but it’s been a particularly exciting experience to design this superyacht for a new client, helping him transition from his knowledge of production boats to a fully-customised superyacht.”
The yacht is now in Harlingen for outfitting to start the sea trials.
