Design studio Philippe Briand unveiled a 63m sailing yacht concept called Perfect 60.

The Perfect 60 comes as a smaller version of the 90m SY300, presented earlier this year. Both yachts have a focus on self-sufficiency. An underwater turbine produces energy to power the electronics and hydraulics. Briand also optimized the hull form to sail more efficient.

The length overall (LOA) is 62.85m, while the length of the waterline is 57.73m. The beam of the 470t yacht is 10.50m. Perfect 60 carries an upwind sail area of 2000 square meters. A lifting keel reduces the draft from 8m to 4.50m.
