Baltic Yachts has introduced an exhilarating new model – the Baltic 80 Café Racer, an expanded version of the award-winning 68 Café Racer, capable of offering an even more thrilling experience on the water. At the Monaco Yacht Show, a contract was signed to create the initial hull, signifying a significant step forward in Baltic Yachts’ dedication to pushing the boundaries of day sailing innovation.

Created as a novel approach to yachting with the slogan “simply unplug, embark, and relish,” the Baltic 68 Café Racer has already established new benchmarks regarding speed, aesthetics, and maneuverability for a large, high-end day sailing vessel. Now, the Baltic 80 Café Racer aims to exceed those expectations. By increasing the size of the original Café Racer design to that of a full-size yacht, this new model is expected to deliver outstanding sailing capabilities, ample living quarters, and an unparalleled experience on the water.

The Baltic 80 Café Racer is crafted by the esteemed naval architect Javier Jaudenes, who also designed the original 68. Through thorough simulations with the latest CFD technology, the hull and sail configuration of the Baltic 80 have been refined to ensure an outstanding sailing journey that balances speed with steadiness.

Safety and ease of use are central to the Café Racer’s design. It employs state-of-the-art composite materials and innovative construction methods to achieve a lightweight structure and modern propulsion and sail control electrical systems.
