The 60m custom luxury motor yacht by CRN has a great designed in-built dry dock - floodable tender garage for a Riva Iseo boat.
J’ade was built in steel (hull) and aluminum (superstructure) and has a beam of 10.20m. She has 4 decks and a sub lower deck. J’ade accommodates 10 guests in 4 VIP cabins and an owner’s suite. A crew of 13 crew members ensure the yacht’s operation.
This aspect is the basis of the stylistic and functional design of the external shape and the internal layout, created by Studio Zuccon International Project in close collaboration with the CRN Engineering department, which handled the naval architecture. The interior design was handled by Studio Zuccon and the CRN Design and Interiors department, who took into consideration the owner’s requests up to the smallest detail.
The style is classic and modern, elegant and refined with a fusion of materials that were wisely combined: wood, leather, marble, and metals which harmoniously combine with the natural and artificial lighting of the internal spaces. The concept of the vessel’s decor is reflected in its name J’ade, that is, jade green, a color that is used in different shades for the decor of the ship and in all the decorative textiles in the internal and external spaces.
The garage, for the first time onboard a CRN yacht, is floodable and the tender (a 27 foot Riva Iseo) can be handled in it without using a crane. The side hatch of the garage is operated hydraulically and the internal basin fills with water to allow the tender to go in and out easily: The border of the tub has a protection to avoid damage and it also has underwater lights to create a dramatic effect.
The garage can be emptied very quickly and dries out in three minutes. The upper deck has a large cockpit and a wide upper salon, with full-length windows, which create a wide panoramic view and increase the “eye-contact” with the sea.
The aft on the main deck has an area with very elegant sofas and armchairs made of natural teak with black all weather fiber. All the outdoor furniture of the main, lower and upper decks – sofas made of natural teak with white and green covers – is by Glyn Peter Machine The big main salon has a wide open elegant and comfortable layout with warm and welcoming shades, which harmoniously match with all the other elements.
As you enter from the cockpit, on the left, one immediately notices the bar area with a green marble top and a structure made of rosewood with leather tops, on which there is a big aquarium, which was the Owner’s special request.Toward the stern, there are two lateral walls, covered in white
Toward the stern, there are two lateral walls, covered in white galuchat, customized with two specific functions: a panel that hides the bar, on the left, and an internal door that leads onto the beach area for the guests on the right side of the ship. In front of the aquarium, there are two Frau armchairs clad in light beige nubuck leather with a customized floral pattern on the outside.
Towards the bow there is the salon with two big sofas clad in white fabric and four armchairs in dark brown nubuck leather with a floral pattern on the outside, all by Baxter; in the middle of this area there are two coffee tables made of raw wood with steel bases, which creates an element of contrast with the other pieces of furniture in the salon.
In the Owner’s suite onboard J’ade, there is one of the distinctive features of all the CRN vessels: the balcony, which can be kept open even while sailing, furnished with a coffee table and armchairs for breakfast. The headboard and all the accessories of the furniture in this room are clad with white-silver nuance coconut leather by Fendi Club House Italia. The carpet, fitted in the hardwood floor surrounding the double bed, is made of silk and the edges are outlined in the classic Greek key motif. All the decorative textiles and curtains made of cashmere are by Loro Piana.
The entire suite is furnished in light shades. The master’s suite features a full beam bathroom furnished with Afyon and Emperador Dark marble, with customized petal shaped wash basins, also in Emperador Dark marble. The oval bathtub in Corian designed by Boffi occupies the central position facing an attractive dressing table featuring an elegant top in marble and equipped with an anti-steam mirror, which conceals a led TV. To the right, there is also a large shower in marble with waterfall faucets.
