Yacht design studio Federico Fiorentino, the shipyard Rossinavi and naval architect Van Oossanen present their new collaboration called Zephyr 55.

Zephyr comes with a very sporty look, a length of 55m and a top speed of 32 knots. Like the former collaboration between Federico Fiorentino and Van Oossanen on project 300-XL, also the Zephyr 55 would be equipped with the patented Fast Displacement Hull Form (FDHF). According to the exterior designer, the design is inspired by muscle and sports cars from the 50’s and 60’s.

At the aft is a 300-sqm-beach club with a big fold-out swimming platform, a 5m pool and seating and lounge area.

The spacious sundeck has a large shaded area with seating, a bar and round dining table. Furthermore, there can be found a sunbathing area.

There are no interior renderings but it is described as follows:

“This vision of openness is carried throughout the interior of Zephyr by Pisa-based interior design firm Pulina. Interior spaces are wide and spacious and the surfaces are transparent or reflective, emphasizing ocean views. Large windows, imposing heights and a mix of natural and artificial light contribute to bringing the outside in.”

A scale model of the yacht concept is now exhibited at the Rossinavi Stand n° 668 in the Superyacht Pavilion at the FLIBS
