The 40MXP (Mediterranean Explorer) has a range of 6,000 nautical miles. Delivery is scheduled for 2025.

The ‘MXP’ is named after the Mediterranean, yet its name doesn’t suggest a restriction on its use for cruising. Instead, it mirrors the typical beach club atmosphere found in Mediterranean yachts. This new model, the 40MXP, builds upon the concept of the Mediterranean lifestyle, offering it in various exciting formats. The rear deck has been expanded due to its increased length and by relocating the rear sliding doors into the main living area.

This expansion creates room for a spacious outdoor dining space, a bar, and a lounge area, all around a novel addition – a rear pool with a glass transom. This impressive social center even features a large hydraulic swim platform that spans the yacht’s 8-meter width. This outdoor haven can be protected from the sun with an awning. Enjoy the shade provided by the yacht’s upper deck overhang, which can be adjusted for more or less permanent shade, making it suitable for regions like the Middle East or Australia.

The ‘M’ segment of the 40MXP presents the allure of seaside living. In contrast, the ‘XP’ segment remains vibrant and dynamic – the model is capable of covering a remarkable 6,000 nautical miles at a speed of 8 knots, thanks to the refined hull design crafted by Numarine’s long-standing naval architecture collaborator, Umberto Tagliavini. The primary power source is a set of MAN 800hp engines, with the possibility of enhancing to a Tier III-compliant configuration of two MAN 900hp engines – the initial two yachts will feature the 900hp MAN engines.

The cabin provides Numarine’s signature elegance and luxury, featuring six suites that can accommodate up to 12 guests, each with a full-beam master and a luxurious full-beam lower deck VIP area. Can Yalman again design the cabin’s design and 40MXP’s exterior aesthetics? The 40MXP encompasses all that has made the 37XP a highly sought-after and profitable model, offering a spacious flybridge, ample space on the upper deck, and a welcoming main deck. This superyacht is a global adventurer, boasting a transatlantic cruising range and a large boat deck capable of housing a 9-meter tender and three full-size jet skis, with additional space for other water sports equipment.
