The Flying Dutchman: The Vanquish 65 Veloce comes with a top speed of 70 knots and a design by Guido de Groot Design.
The VQ65 comes with stylishly curved stem but also with an elegant gentlemen cruiser design. The 20m yacht is powered by three MAN V12 with 1900 hp each and reaches a top speed of 70 knots (depending on sea conditions).
Calculated fuel consumptions (+/- 10 %):
- 35 knots: 7,5l per nautical mile with two engines
- 35 knots: 8,3l per nautical mile with three engines
- 45 knots: 9,8l per nautical mile with three engines
The Vanquish 65 Veloce has a living area forward with an owners’ cabin in the bow, a crew cabin next to the engine room, a salon and a galley. Another salon is placed in the wheelhouse. At the stern is a seating area, a sunbathing area is at the stern together with another seating. The possibility to host up to 23 people on deck makes it to a party yacht.
