Tankoa Yachts unveiled the 55m eye-catching concept Linea Sportiva, designed by Luca Dini
Linea Sportiva is a 55m motor yacht with a gross tonnage of under 500, constructed with a steel hull and aluminum superstructure. The maximum speed is 16.5 knots, the cruising speed is 15 knots, while the economic speed is 12 knots with an operation range of 3,800 nautical miles.
“The sleek, thoroughbred exterior lines of the 555-meter Sportiva express the yacht’s sporty nature reflected in the ‘tails’ of the upper deck overhangs and the automotive-inspired bow section,” says Luca Dini. “The style is rigorous yet timeless and deliberately contrasts with a layout designed for informal contemporary living.”
The owner’s personal foredeck is accessible by a staircase from the owner’s full-beam suite and can be used as an open-air cinema. There is also the storage for a 7m tender, the crew tender, and a jet ski.
The aft area of the Linea Sportiva has a gorgeous beach club with a pool and access to the spa area on the lower deck with a gym and sauna. Moreover, there are large hull windows directly over the waterline for a lounge/bar zone.
