The Maestro 88 challenged the shipyard, the architect Marco Casali, and the engineer Umberto Tagliavini. It is an entirely bespoke ship featuring a semi-planing hull design. This design preserves the intimate feel of its Maestro predecessors while incorporating significant design and functional improvements.

Measuring 27.10 meters in length and 7 meters in width, with a draft of 1.80 meters and a capacity to carry 90 tons when fully loaded, the Maestro 88 is equipped with two 1,650 horsepower MAN engines, allowing it to achieve a top speed of 22 knots and travel up to 1,000 nautical miles at a steady 10 knots. The initial owner chose to upgrade to more robust 2,000 horsepower engines, achieving an optimal balance between power and weight for extended voyages with comfort.

The ship’s exterior design seamlessly blends with its vibrant, spacious interiors, featuring a large beach club and a long sliding glass window on the main deck to enhance the connection with the sea. The flybridge offers a relaxation zone, a galley with a wet bar, and solar panels. The interior design is entirely flexible, with options ranging from single cabins to configurations that can accommodate up to four cabins, all designed to provide an elevated standard of living, particularly for extended journeys.
