VIJONARA is a Truly Classic 128 by Hoek Design, built by Pendennis Shipyard in 2018.
The 39.4m (42.25m with bowsprit) yacht with aluminum hull was built for an experienced owner with a clear vision for a suitable new yacht. This unit of the Truly Classic 128 is the second one (the first one is the ATALANTE) – so the owner got a proven platform with the opinion to add custom deck layout and interiors. Added was a bowsprit to add an A-symmetric spinnaker or a Code 0 for downwind cruises.
The yacht has two deck houses. The first one in the middle hoses socializing areas for the guests, the other one is the owners’ private area with own private cockpit and access to the owners’ suite. Another change in the deck layout is the place of the steering wheel. It is between the aft deckhouse and the main cockpit to be a part of the exterior socializing area.
Interior
There are currently no interior images available but Pendennis published a video to celebrate 30th anniversary with some exterior and interior pictures of VIJONARA.
Downstairs from the main deckhouse is the guest area with one double and one twin bed cabin forward. Downstairs aft is a gym, the salon, and the owners’ suite. The crew area including mess and galley is in the bow area.
