Cockwells Landing Craft Range Rover

Landing Craft Tender to carry full-size SUV by Cockwells

British boat builder Cockwells presents a landing craft tender to carry big SUVs like Range Rover.

Landing Craft? Yes, it is not just for the military, it is also a great support tender for owners who wants to discover the destination ashore in their own vehicle. But when you are in an anchor bay, it is not easy to carry a car to the beach. Cockwells developed a 14.5-metre tender to carry luxury SUVs to the land.

“Once again, we are combining innovative engineering with exquisite craftsmanship to produce a design that stands out from the crowd, utilises every inch of space including bow storage for the anchor and fenders, and incorporates a wealth of features that make it highly desirable and a joy to handle,” explains Founder and Managing Director, Dave Cockwell. “In this, our twentieth year of building beautiful bespoke boats, we are delighted to launch this 14.5m custom landing craft and are confident that there is no other British design to rival it. We look forward to hearing from potential clients who would like to work with us to custom-build it to their precise requirements and make it uniquely theirs.”

Endeavour 23m Limo Tender

Endeavour - 23m Limo Tender by Federico Fiorentino / m²atelier

No, it's not a typo. The Endeavour limo tender concept by Federico Fiorentino and m²artelier has an impressive length of 23-meters.

It seems it is one of the most exclusive ways to reach your yacht. The Endeavour limo tender has a very luxurious interior with six first-class armchairs that can be rotated to have a conference room arrangement. The tender reaches a top speed of 50 knots. Indeed an alternative to a helicopter.

Furthermore, the tender yacht features a day head and a separate head in the crew area forward. Also, a bar is aboard. Panoramic windows providing an awesome view during the journeys.

In these renderings, Federico Fiorentino uses a light bronze/gold exterior color with accents of mahogany and stainless steel.

Invictus 280 GT Superyacht Tender Running 2

Invictus 280 GT Superyacht Tender

The Invictus 280 GT model by Invictus Yachts from Italy would complete a stylish superyacht as a tender.

The boat was designed by Christian Grande Design Works who gave it a reverse bow.

The Surfaces of the Invictus 280 GT are designed as if they were carved shapes, and impart a sensation of sturdiness that is able to withstand any kinds of abuse and the worst aggression of the sea.
The concept of sturdiness takes nothing away from the very attentive approach that has always characterized the work of the designer from Parma: the Invictus open yachts are always very attentive to every detail, from the choice of finishings to the completeness of the equipment.

Christian Grande commented:

“Invictus gave me the occasion to reinterpret a new evolution in nautical design, that I would call Nautical 2.0. This is yachting that no longer begins with small to finish with large, but that with small has its own justification and search for excellence, with products that are a real representation of the contemporary market. Yachting that gives an emotional sensation, even with a limited size, thanks to the careful balance of form and with equipment that characterize solidity, spaciousness, and comfort. Everything that one would have expected to find when aboard a large yacht is now at hand with the Invictus, with a singular and innovative design.”

When aboard the 280GT we find an ample stern bathing platform, with the engine housing covered with a sunbathing cushion that enlarges by rotating the rear backrest. The central zone hosts a comfortable L-shaped settee that faces the steering area, the latter with a solid double ergonomic seat and a midships position equipped with a galley module, complete with a refrigerator and lockers.

The bridge of the Invictus 280 GT, which also includes access to the interior, is protected by a wide sweep-around windscreen and equipped with the latest digital instrumentation, and includes a video monitor and a very useful inclinometer. The left side bulwarks are optimized for onboard movements and equipped with a spacious stowage space that can also be customized by the owner in several versions, including housing for a set of matching accessories. The bow zone, suited for sunbathing, is quite large and designed for total ease of use and covers the forward portion of the ample cabin, which is almost a small suite.

The Invictus 280 GT is 8,90 meters long, with a beam of 2,84 meters, and comes equipped with a Volvo 5.7 V8 sterndrive (max 320hp/240kw), capable of providing a top speed of 38 knots. The 280GT can carry up to eight passengers and comes with a large cabin and separate bath and external galley module, with all the extras. At present four color schemes are available: the delicate “Vanilla Sea”, the more aggressive “Attack Grey”, the elegant “Dark Wood”, and the classic “Personal White”. The 280GT, like all the vessels of this series, can be customized both with accessories and equipment.

The price starts at EUR 98.500,00 for the gasoline version an EUR 107.500,00 for the diesel version.

WIDER 32 Superyacht Tender

New Wider 32 Tender

WIDER Yachts present a new superyacht tender: The WIDER 32.

Designed by Fulvio De Simoni as the perfect tender to the Wider 150 or any other superyacht, this highly versatile model is equally suited to use as a fast, comfortable sports cruiser. The yard is proud to announce the Wider 32 has been launched on schedule and is ready for inspection.

As you would expect from a Wider yacht, the new Wider 32 is easily distinguishable from other express cruisers. Its dominant ax bow and low transom give the impression it is leaping out of the water, eager to slice through the waves. The 9’ 8” beam tapers only slightly towards the bow in order to provide maximum cockpit space and freedom of movement and to facilitate boarding from a mother ship. The cockpit is designed to be easily adapted to the owner’s specific requirements, accommodating as many different configurations as possible from an inviting dining area with folding table to a nice sunbathing platform. The Wider 32 also comes with an adjustable, easily installed awning to shade the entire cockpit.

Below deck, the stylish cabin is furnished with two facing sofas that provide comfortable seating for entertaining or ship-to-shore transportation protected from the weather; they also convert into spacious berths for overnight stays on board. The galley, equipped with a sink, stove ring, and refrigerator, disappears seamlessly into the contemporary cabinetry. A surprisingly large, full-beam head with shower is housed in the bow. Storage for personal belongings is maximized throughout the Wider 32’.
The hull is designed to provide a smooth ride and excellent performance. Twin 260-hp Mercruiser Turbo Diesel engines mated to Bravo 1 DTS stern drives deliver a cruising speed of 30 knots and a top speed of 37 knots. This diesel propulsion package also ensures that the tender’s fuel matches that of the mother ship.

Wider President and CEO Tilli Antonelli and his design team have invested thousands of hours into the design and development of the Wider 32’, in order to ensure that it is practical for use as a tender but also reflects Wider’s philosophy of innovation and initiative. When configured as a tender, the dedicated design, engineering, and construction process behind this innovative vessel make it possible to achieve a perfect symbiosis between the Wider 32’ and the superyacht it serves. But no matter how the vessel will be used, Wider offers a high level of customization for the 32’. The owner can select from a wide range of hull and deck, colors, window glass and frames, sun pad and seat configurations, upholstery, and accessories, to make his or her own final version of the boat come to life.

WIDER 32 Superyacht Tender

“The owner is the most important player in the creation of his boat, so his Wider 32’ ultimately will reflect his own individual being,” said Wider President and CEO Tilli Antonelli. “Imagine a project designed to offer you a truly personal and unique experience, which through teamwork involves you in the most inspiring phase, when your yacht comes to life. All that is left is for you to give it an identity. Let yourself be inspired by fragments of your memories to mix and match your favorite styles, colors, and materials. Bring all of yourself aboard, because Wider 32’ is made of who you are.”
