50m full-custom motor yacht "Sibelle" was launched in February 2015 and is now in the hands of her owner. Heesen constructed her in aluminum (hull and superstructure).

The design team (Frank Laupman of Dutch studio Omega Architects, Mikhail Labazov and Andrei Savin from Architectural Bureau A-B Studio) gave her an eye-catching plumb bow.

Perry van Oossanen, naval architect, comments:

“The first of a kind. A Fast Displacement Hull Form with a radical styling that includes a vertical stem and very strict requirements from the Owner, has really pushed the boundaries in yacht design. To see all this come together so beautifully after five years of hard work of designing and building is a great feeling. All of us at Van Oossanen Naval Architects are proud to be part of this unique project!”

The build captain of Sibelle says:

“We are very pleased by the behavior of Sibelle at sea. The speed trials – conducted without the use of stabilizers – took place in slightly uncomfortable seas with waves ranging from 0.5 to 1 meter, hitting us on the beam: the vessel proved to be stable and extremely maneuverable. The most remarkable feature is her frugal fuel consumption: at top speed (19 knots on the GPS) she uses 600 liters an hour, and at cruising speed (15.1 knots) it is only 220 liters an hour!”

Mark Cavendish, Sales and Marketing Director at Heesen Yachts, comments:

“Sibelle exemplifies Heesen’s ability to create fully custom yachts that reflect the individuality of the client. We help our visionary owners to craft their unique vessel and provide them with the highest standard of engineering developed in over 35 years of experience.”

Dining Area on Heesen's SIBELLE

Sibelle accommodates 10 guests in 5 cabins including owner’s area. The guest cabins are located on the lower deck. There are two VIP cabins, one double and one twin cabin available. All guest cabins have ensuites. The owner’s suite is well-spaced with 61 m² and is forward located. She features two dressing rooms and two ensuites.

The yacht has an outdoor living space of 237 m². The tenders are stored on the foredeck. When the tenders are in the water and the bulwark is lowered down the foredeck is the place for parties. Often the spaces for tenders are at a stern garage. So here is now a beach club and wellness area including a sauna. It’s directly accessible from the main saloon.
