Feadship launched the 110m ANNA (aka Project 1007) - a design by Michael Leach

The 110m motor yacht has a beam of 18.50m and a draft of 4.25m. The hull was constructed in steel while the superstructure is made of aluminum. Michael Leach designed her elegant exterior and created also the interior in cooperation with Brian J. McCarthy. Engineering was an in-house job by De Voogt Naval Architects. I love this oval/ellipse-styled design element on the sides.

ANNA has a diesel-electric propulsion with

  • 2 x Caterpillar 3516C HD 2350 kW
  • 2 x Caterpillar 3512C HD 1790 kW
  • 2 x Caterpillar C32 SCAC 684 kW

This configuration allows a top speed of 18.5 knots and a cruising speed of 15 knots. At cruising speed, the operating range amounts 5,200 nautical miles.

Alongside the owners’ stateroom, guests can be accommodated in six guest cabins and two VIP cabins. The yacht crew of 34 can be extended with six staff.
